What to Expect

Inbound phone and video customer service/technical support. Handle

technical support questions via phone, with video capability.

Research, analyze and determine an appropriate course of action for

customers.

Interact with customers via phone focusing on software navigation

questions as well as assisting customer with locating prior years’ returns and

amendments.

Serve as ambassador for the brand; take a caring and empathetic

approach to customer interactions and/or escalation to a higher level of

expertise.

Document all issues, resolution and follow up action.

Required Skills

Have a quiet space to service in

Have a dedicated phone line to service

Have a dedicated computer/laptop with Windows 7 operating systems or higher no Macs(Apple products)

Ability to work 15-20 hours a week

Located in Columbus, OH our Arise Work From Home program is not available for residents of California, Connecticut, Maryland, Massachusetts, New York, Oregon, and Wisconsin. Do I have to pay any fee’s?

You are required to pay for and pass a background check. Felonies and certain Misdemeanors (fraud) will disqualify you. The cost of this background check is $9.99. This fee will be reimbursed after 60 days of employment. You are not required to pay this fee until your application has been approved.
Just as if you are going to college or beauty school, you are required to cover the cost of your job training. These fees include the cost of your Client Certification. The cost of Client Certification varies from $19.99 to $199 depending on demand. If you maintain at least a 90% commitment adherence and 2 stars during your first 60 days of employment, the Client Certification fees will be reimbursed to you! You are not required to pay this fee until you complete (and pass) the background check.

You will see two deductions on your invoice a low flat service fee is $1.95 at an hourly rate per invoice which covers Administration, Payroll, Workingps support and an Arise Fee of $19.75. We pay our contractors on the 12th and 24th of the month. Our low flat service fee allows us to provide you Pay during certification as well as around the clock support during and after your certification as we strongly believe your success is our success!
What requirements do I need?

Most interested individuals have all the requirements needed to work from home with Arise but we strongly ask that you visit our technical requirement section on our FAQ page in order to get detailed information on exactly what you will need during Certification to start working from home.
How much can I make?
​
You choose the client that you want to service, and you set your own schedule allowing you to choose when and how much you work. Most choose their client for the compensation rate only which can be anywhere between $9-$16 an hour. Meanwhile some choose a client because they are open 24/7 and some choose a client that is super easy with less hourly pay. So, overall your paycheck is truly up to you, your compensation can be as little or as big as you make it.
